No. Journal and Tempo are free to start. Memory is optional and requires membership and AI setup; you can review it without connecting an outside assistant.
Is my journal private?
Your journal content is encrypted before sync. Your selected AI provider processes content separately. Optional assistant access is limited to the Memory topics you allow.
